Q: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make changes to my reservation. How do I do this?
A: Please contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.
Q: Is there an early check in?
A: One can be requested; however, we cannot promise that it will be full filled. That will be passed on the occupancy level of the hotel the night before.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: 24 hours prior to the date of their stay.
Q: What is required in at check in?
A: Photo ID and credit card with matching names.
Q: Can I pay cash for my room?
A: Yes, we will require a credit card on file for incidentals with a $50 hold on the card.
Q: Do you have rollway's and cribs? Is there a charge for these items?
A: No rollway's. We do have cribs at no additional cost.
Q: Do you have government/military rates?
A: Yes, please have identification.
Q: Is breakfast included?
A: No breakfast is not included; however, when booking you can add on breakfast for two people for only $5.00 more per night.
Q: Do your rooms come with a fridge?
A: Some rooms have refrigerators. Please call the hotel and will we try to accommodate you with a room with a refrigerator if need be.

A: Yes, 4 King room accessible and 4 Double bed room accessible
Q: Do you have an early departure fee?
A: Yes, for group bookings
